Sadie is an author, published scholar, consultant and trainer specialising in mental health and wellbeing and psychosocial risk management. She holds a diploma in Mental Health Awareness, a diploma with distinction from the Fellowship of Associated Stress Consultants and a MSc with Distinction in Workplace Health and Wellbeing. Sadie is a Professional Member of the International Stress Management Association and also a member of the Society of Occupational Medicine.
She has trained staff from companies across the world and is widely recognised in the industry as being a leader in her field. She has featured across the media and is a national champion for the mental health ‘Time to Change’ campaign. Voluntary work includes the development of campaigns and seminars at local colleges to help support youth mental health and recognise the challenges faced by the younger generation.
